The living space is divided into a total of nine rooms. The generously apportioned lounge has several seating areas and overlooks a roof terrace. It leads into the dining area and kitchen, which opens onto the terrace on both sides. A separate cloakroom ensures that nobody will disturb your privacy, even during social gatherings. There are a total of four bedrooms, all with en-suites. Each of these bathrooms boasts individual fittings of the very highest standard. All of them have a heated towel rail and are fully tiled in natural stone. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the penthouse, allowing the owner to accommodate guests while enjoying their own personal space. The penthouse is accessed via two private lifts: one opens onto the hallway between the lounge and the kitchen; the other is located in the hallway running from the two bedrooms to the kitchen. It is therefore possible to turn the penthouse back into two separate apartments. It would also be conceivable to integrate a practice or an office into the penthouse in this mixed-use commercial and residential building.
